Role Summary We are hiring a Sales Manager based in the United States responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, managing pipelines, negotiating contracts, and achieving quarterly revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, retail, or financial services, with strong communication and CRM skills. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation: Generate new business across US regions such as California, Texas, New York, Florida, and Illinois. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Drive revenue growth and exceed quarterly quotas. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients in the US. Conduct sales presentations, demos, and strategic discussions. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve sales execution. Share client insights to influence roadmap priorities. Market & Competitor Research: Track US market trends in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or retail sectors. Analyze competitor offerings and pricing. Ideal Candidate Background (US Examples) Experience at US-based companies such as: Salesforce HubSpot Verizon (Telecom sales) Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Comfortable working with US clients across industries. Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products is a plus.
