What We Want:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with their account transactions. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and have knowledge of common financial transactions.
Your Role:
- Provide account services such as receiving deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks, and issuing withdrawals
- Record transactions accurately and prepare reports as needed
- Cross-sell bank products and services to customers
- Handle special requests including closing accounts, foreign currency exchanges, and safe-deposit box procedures
- Reconcile cash drawers and maintain adequate cash and coin supplies
- Adhere to bank operations and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service

- Basic math skills and the ability to communicate effectively
