Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Consultant to support our compliance and safety initiatives through SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP EH&S modules and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries such as bio-pharma or chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and implement SAP EH&S modules including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene & Safety, and Waste Management. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations such as REACH, OSHA, GHS, and FDA. • Integrate EH&S with other SAP modules like MM, PP, and QM. • Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities. • Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.

Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in SAP EH&S implementation and support. • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the bio-pharma or chemical industry. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori-based applications is a plus. • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), substance volume tracking, and label management. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications: • SAP certification in EH&S or related modules. • Experience with incident management and risk assessment tools. • Background in environmental science, chemical engineering, or occupational health is a plus.
