Architect and implement hybrid, keyword, and data-driven frameworks. Enable integration with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to automation engineers. Work closely with QA, Development, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for scalable delivery. Key Responsibilities: Establish reusable libraries, utilities, and common components. Conduct design and code reviews ensuring adherence to automation standards. Support complex automation challenges like dynamic objects, synchronization, and performance bottlenecks. Define automation guidelines, coding standards, and version control strategies. Ensure maintainability, stability, and optimal execution performance of automation assets. Measure effectiveness via coverage, defect leakage, execution trends, and ROI metrics. Translate business requirements into robust automation solutions. Primary skills: UFT, C#, VB, Python Secondary skills: AI, ML, Selenium, Playwright, TOSCA Tech Stack / Domain Knowledge: Utility domain experience (preferred)
