Job Description Job Description: ***MAX VENDOR RATE *** $24/ HR -REMOTEJob Title: SPE - QAWe are seeking 2 yrs experience in processing claims and QA experience . The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in Facets. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required.Job Responsibilities:• - Lead and oversee the daily operations of the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.• - good understanding in Medicare, Medicaid Claims, Appeals and Grievances, and Commercial Claims to support team members and resolve complex issues• - Monitor and analyze associate performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.• - Strong client-relationship focus.• - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data management and Payer domains.• - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and share updates.• - Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in Facets systems.• - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.• - Implement best practices for system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.• - Provide support during system outages or issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.• - Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote team cohesion and productivity.TOP SKILLS:• - Have domain experience in Claims and Provider area, which is highly desirable.• - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.• - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.• - Show ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.• - Display proficiency in developing and maintaining system documentation.• - Have experience in mentoring and training team members.• - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.• - Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• - Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.• - Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.• - Show ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.Additional Sills:
