Collaborate onsite with plant operational teams, support testing and training activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily support and issue resolution for Oracle EBS modules including Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, MRP), Warehouse Management/Inventory, and Shipping Execution. Troubleshoot and resolve production impacting issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with other teams. Maintain presence on production floor, shipping docks, and warehouses to validate system transactions and understand real-time issues. Act as primary IT contact for plant operations, gather enhancement requirements, communicate with stakeholders during critical system issues, and collaborate with global IT and Oracle support. Support testing during patch updates and upgrades, create user documentation, conduct training sessions, and propose process and configuration improvements focused on optimizing warehouse and shipping flows.
