Most likely• Job description:The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap, vision, and delivery of technology products supporting core PBM functions such as claims adjudication, prior authorization, formulary management, member and provider portals, and related integrations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, clinical teams, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and member experience.Key Responsibilities:Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality product increments.Own the product roadmap and communicate updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders and leadership.Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups; make real-time decisions to unblock development teams.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful product releases.Partner with analytics teams to define success metrics and track product performance.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).Strong understanding of PBM operations including claims processing, formulary management, pharmacy networks, and member services.Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical, business, and user needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.Preferred Tools & Technologies:Agile tools: Rally Productivity & collaboration: Slack, TeamsHealthcare-specific systems: Claims adjudication platforms, pharmacy management systems, eligibility and benefits systemsKey Attributes:Customer-focused mindsetStrong leadership and influencing skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedResults-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
