We are seeking a highly skilled Java FSE Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience in Java development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Spring Cloud, Java and Spring Boot. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of geospatial applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Lowes applications using Java, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Implement server-side logic using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud to ensure seamless integration with front-end components. • Utilize SQL for database management, ensuring data integrity and optimizing query performance. • Leverage Google Cloud Platform for deploying and managing applications, ensuring scalability and reliability. • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current and competitive. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Ensure comprehensive documentation of the development process, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring the final product meets business needs. • Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Google Cloud Platforms, GKE, Pub Sub • Rest API, GraphQL, Cloud SQL (SQL DB) and Bigtable (NoSQL DB) • CI-CD using tools like GitHub Actions • Candidate with knowledge in Pricing and Promotions preferred
