Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EAM Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead with over 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM/PM implementations, solution architecture, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PM solutions within the S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and enterprise asset management strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: • Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) within the S/4HANA landscape. • Design and implement scalable, integrated maintenance processes including: • Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance • Breakdown and emergency maintenance • Work order management and scheduling • Maintenance planning and execution • Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, QM) and external systems (e.g., SCADA, GIS, IoT platforms). Technical Leadership: • Configure SAP PM master data including equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, and BOMs. • Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP developers and technical teams. • Lead testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities for PM-related objects. Project Delivery & Governance: • Serve as the PM functional lead in SAP transformation and rollout projects. • Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal governance policies. • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership: • Collaborate with business users, maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and IT teams to deliver value-driven solutions. • Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to cross-functional teams. • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership on SAP EAM strategy and roadmap.

Required Qualifications: • 15+ years of experience in SAP EAM/PM, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations. • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and related integration points. • Deep understanding of asset-intensive industry processes and maintenance best practices. • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and mobile maintenance solutions.

Preferred Skills: • SAP Certification in EAM or S/4HANA Asset Management. • Familiarity with SAP IAM/APM components and integration with IoT platforms. • Experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
