Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABAP Technical Lead to join our onshore team in the USA for a critical SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) implementation project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ABAP development, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in EWM-related enhancements and customizations. This role requires close collaboration with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of custom ABAP solutions in the SAP EWM landscape. • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEF objects). • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore ABAP developers. • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the EWM environment. • Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting. • Ensure compliance with client-specific development standards and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 3 years in SAP EWM projects. • Strong knowledge of EWM-specific objects, RF framework, queue management, and warehouse monitor enhancements. • Proficiency in ABAP OO, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, and Adobe Forms. • Experience with integration technologies such as IDocs, ALE, and Web Services. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage deliverables in a global delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications: • SAP EWM certification is a plus. • Experience with S/4HANA EWM is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
