Job Title: Project Control Analyst – GridOS DERMS Services Job Role Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 Months Job Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02141 Experience Required: 5-10 Years Travel Requirements: No travel required; remote role with travel to client office when required About the Role: The Project Control Analyst – GridOS DERMS Services plays a key role in supporting the planning, tracking, governance, and financial oversight of GridOS DERMS implementation projects. The role involves collaboration with project managers, engineering teams, finance groups, and customer stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and according to contractual and operational commitments. It requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of project controls within utility or grid technology environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Scheduling: Build, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera. 2. Financial & Cost Control: Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and track financial performance across project phases. 3. Project Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate project logs and documentation. 4. Risk & Governance Management: Identify schedule or cost variances early and support mitigation through structured governance. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, PMO, finance, and customer teams to ensure aligned project progress. Required Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Engineering Required Qualifications: Power Sector experience is a must Tech Stack / Domain Knowledge: Project controls within utility or grid technology environments, MS Project, Primavera Interview Process: Video/Virtual Interview
