Job Title: SAP Manufacturing and ISC Senior - Business Analyst Job Role Type: Contract Contract Duration: Until end of September 2026 (Possible extension into 2027) Job Location: United States – New Jersey or San Diego or Remote Experience Required: Minimum 3 years related work experience Travel Requirements: 10% Travel About the Role: Manufacturing and ISC Senior Business Analyst with focus on SAP to support MMS Operations and supply chain functionalities across plants and distribution facilities. Key Responsibilities: Help vetting requirements with 10+ years SAP functional experience; sustain support for MMS Operations; coordinate SAP development enhancements and integration; solution design support; support new business integration; represent stakeholders for development requirements; daily support of SAP systems for supply chain functions; troubleshooting system issues; SAP data maintenance and error investigation; act as process integration key point of contact; ensure urgency in error resolution to maintain customer satisfaction; translate business needs into technical requirements; requirements gathering; business process analysis; system design, testing, training, post-implementation support; administer training for new development; ensure process adherence; provide SAP data analysis; collaborate with IT for solutions; test final solutions on changes and enhancements. MMS Global Business Description: The MMS business includes Dispensing and Infusion Product Lines as primary manufacturing entities and other businesses under MMS/EMI Global umbrella, involving Manufacturing, Materials Management, Purchasing, and Quality. Required Certifications / Licenses: SAP Certifications – DTS/ISC Required Qualifications: Expert knowledge of SAP 6.0; expertise in SAP functional and business processes in SCM, PS, FI, PP, LE, MM/PLM modules; experience with Excel; able to drive change in large organizations; effective communication skills, written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in government-regulated environments (FDA, FAA, DoD); experience translating business needs into technical requirements; Spanish language beneficial; Bachelor's degree in Quality Systems, Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering, software/IT, or related field preferred.
