The Access Management Analyst is responsible for processing and fulfilling user access requests across enterprise systems while ensuring compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding sensitive data by enforcing access controls, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with IT and security teams to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities: Review, validate, and fulfill access requests in accordance with the “Need to Know” principle and established approval workflows. Ensure all access provisioning and deprovisioning activities are logged, auditable, and compliant with internal policies and external standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification campaigns to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to assess risks associated with access requests and escalate anomalies. Maintain documentation for access control procedures, including onboarding/offboarding processes and exception handling. Support audits by providing evidence of access controls and remediation actions. Monitor and report on access-related incidents and support incident response efforts when unauthorized access is detected. "
