Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP QM Application Consultant responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP solutions in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate should have a strong functional knowledge of business processes in manufacturing and quality control and should be able to configure and customize SAP to meet business needs. Handling Incidents and Change Requests

Key Responsibilities: · Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning and quality management processes. · Design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM solutions including:

Master data (Materials, BOM, Routings, work canters)

MRP, production orders, capacity planning

Inspection lots, quality notifications, results recording, usage decisions, quality certificates. · Work with cross-functional teams (MM, FTM, SD, etc.) for integrated process design. · Develop and execute test plans, resolve issues, and provide support during go-lives. · Perform system enhancements, configuration changes, and troubleshoot PP/QM related issues. · Train key users and support change management efforts. · Collaborate with technical teams for developments (e.g., reports, interfaces, user exits). · Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and migrations as required
