Job Description GHR Program Manager - Jen Dierkes - GHR Program Coordinator - Kayla Kyle
CONTRACT DETAILS:
12 weeks with potential extension.
TEMP TO PERM based on practice needs and performance
LOCATION: 600 East Marshall St., Suite 205 West Chester, PA 19380
Local candidates who can commute within 30 minutes
SCHEDULE:
Monday- Friday
8:30am-5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Telephone triage in busy OBGYN practice.
Limited face to face patient care.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
The preferred candidate will come with women's health experience but not required
EPIC experience
INTERVIEW Details:
Virtual on camera via TEAMS
TRAINING: 5-hour training will be scheduled for a Friday prior to start 8am-1pm
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration.
Screening questions: Is the candidate a former Penn Medicine employee and if so, work dates, position, and reason for leaving? Can candidate commute to practice/reliable transportation? Is the candidate actively working with other agencies and if so, have they already been submitted to the same role by another agency?
After Award Acceptance - COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
COMPLIANCE:
Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of being cancelled.
