Job Title: Senior Manager – SAP Procurement (Plan/Source Integration) Job Role Type: Contract to Hire (CTH), Possible 3 Months Contract Duration: 3 Months Job Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA (Local preferred; weekly travel required if not local) Experience Required: 10-15+ years Travel Requirements: Weekly travel required if not local About the Role: Leads strategy, design, and delivery of procurement and planning processes within SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP). Ensures seamless integration between Planning and Sourcing functions, drives operational excellence, and partners with business leaders to enable scalable, efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic and Functional Leadership including defining and executing SAP procurement and planning strategy aligned to supply chain goals; driving harmonization and integration across Plan to Source to Supply processes; championing best practices using S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and related tools. Solution Design and Delivery including leading blueprinting, fit gap analysis, design, testing, deployment; governance of global templates and compliance; management of enhancements, integrations (CPI), and master data alignment. Process and Integration Excellence overseeing procurement processes (S2P, sourcing, contracts, MRP, inventory); optimizing planning touchpoints (demand planning, supply planning, sourcing rules, lead times); ensuring accurate and efficient data flow across SAP MM, PP, IBP, Ariba, and MDG. Business Partnership acting as trusted advisor for Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Finance leaders; supporting cost savings, inventory optimization, lead time reduction, supplier performance improvement; driving change management and user adoption. Team Leadership including leading and mentoring SAP functional consultants and cross-functional teams; building SAP procurement and planning capability through coaching. Required Qualifications: 10-15+ years SAP Supply Chain experience across Procurement and Planning. Tech Stack / Domain Knowledge: SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, SAP MM, SAP PP, Finance and Manufacturing Integration, CPI, MRP/MRP Live processes.
