JOB DESCRIPTION: "Pega Developer with 7+ years of experience in Pega PRPC to join our Case and Workflow Management Scrum Team. This role is focused on building a new workflow tool for the WIM Financial Advisor Referrals Program, aimed at reducing manual work, improving collaboration, and streamlining record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable BPM solutions using Pega PRPC (v7.x/v8.x). Build flexible case tracking workflows to support both standard and exception scenarios. Implement secure data handling, version control, and automated task management features. Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver MVP functionality in Agile sprints. Ensure audit readiness through robust change tracking and reporting capabilities. Support operational views and data extraction for external BI tools. Develop role-based access controls and document management integrations (e.g., Documentum). Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development. Strong expertise in case management, flows, rules, activities, and data pages. Experience with internal database design and SOR (System of Record) strategies. Familiarity with document management systems and external storage integrations. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and MVP delivery models. Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or CLSA preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services, especially wealth management workflows. Exposure to BI tools and reporting frameworks. Understanding of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines. Familiarity with external system integration, even if not required for MVP."
