Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with proven experience managing CRM platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM systems and exposure to ServiceNow—certification is a plus or must be willing to obtain one. This role requires strong project management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for CRM-related initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth communication. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful execution by providing clear priorities and context with effective progress tracking and course correction. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and timely signoff. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of CRM best practices. Overall, Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth communication.
Qualifications:
5+ years of technical project management experience. Strong background in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). ServiceNow experience or certification preferred (including plan to certify). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Based in the USA.
