JOB DESCRIPTION: "Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot, TypeScript, Node.js for REST API development, and Angular or React for frontend development. This role involves designing and coding high-quality software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving dependencies to ensure seamless project delivery. Responsibilities: • Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Java Spring Boot, TypeScript, Node.js, Angular/React, and AWS serverless technologies. Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend integration. Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular or React. • AWS Serverless Stack: Utilize AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other serverless services to build and deploy applications. • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality code. • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Identify and resolve technical dependencies and blockers to ensure smooth project progress.
Must Haves • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Java Spring Boot for backend development. • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js for REST API development. • Experience with Angular or React for frontend development. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Experience with AWS cloud-native development, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDb. • Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Nice to Haves • Experience deploying AWS infrastructure with Cloud Development Kit (CDK). • Experience with build, test, and deployment pipelines involving GitHub Actions. • Experience orchestrating AWS Lambdas using AWS Step Functions.
