Analyze the open order backlog
Derive patterns by customer and warehouse location, problem management
Support escalated Blocked orders from the L1 tier
Provide ways to clear the orders and direct teams with steps to resolve
Identify areas of improvement in operations
Help manage reporting and documentation of workarounds / tips and tricks
Support emergency situations, hands-on capability
Qualifications and Experience:
SAP S/4 Hana OTC, Order to Cash and Logistics Execution hands on experience
Understanding of working a Sales Order to a Delivery Order and clearing/identifying blockers
6-10 years of SAP OTC experience on order Management
Ability to deep dive on Order to delivery with ATP and Backorder process understanding
Must have experience in troubleshooting / supporting Go-live and Hypercare situations
ALE/IDOC knowledge, SAP FIORI
Demonstrated Leadership in driving a team and self-learners
