Job Description: "Apply and implement Security/Networking best practices and procedures with clear documentation of actions performed and results. Proper configuration and monitoring of the Palo Alto firewalls Proper configuration and monitoring of the Juniper SRX as a VPN service Proper configuration and monitoring of the Juniper EX switches and implementing PoE wireless access points (WAPs) Use and application of Windows Server and Linux system administration, containers and automation scripts when needed. Configure LDAP services and integrate them across a mixed Palo Alto / Juniper network configuration. Deploy and manage services that utilize LDAP, 802.1x, Gitlab, Confluence, and Jira Use and application of scripting languages for the purpose of system administration (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Perl, etc.) Use and application of automation tools to simplify security log reviews. Use and application of globally recognized Security Frameworks / Information Security Management Systems (NIST SP 800-53, ISO27001, SOX, PCI, ITAR) Install, troubleshoot and configure network security devices, wireless access points, switches, servers, network patching, etc. when needed."
