Job Description Job Description:
Client is seeking a Field Service Consultant. In the role of Field Service Management Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including running functional workshops, requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts.
You will also deliver high-quality functional deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
This position can be remote with the expectation of traveling when required across different locations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education)
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience, preferably in Utilities and Field Service Management
Experience as a functional lead, driving requirements and design
Knowledge of Electric and Gas distribution
Expertise in Salesforce Field Service / IFS / D365 / Oracle Field Service
Strong stakeholder/client handling skills
Willingness to travel or relocate as needed
