"New Jersey Location • Oversee and manage the testing of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance, particularly during transitions to new frameworks or tools. • Create and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans, including data validation techniques, to ensure the correctness of data transformations and load processes. • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of ETL testers. • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the ETL process. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow and minimal disruption to business operations. • Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to enhance the efficiency and coverage of Testing process of the validations. • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers. • Utilize deep knowledge of ETL tools and frameworks, such as Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) and client specific Python-based frameworks, to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ETL testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness "
