Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to provide expert technical support for AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, data integration, and support engineering, with the ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents eligible to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities • Deliver technical support and resolve complex issues in AWS and Informatica IDMC environments. • Monitor, maintain, and enhance cloud-based solutions to ensure reliability and optimal performance. • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently. • Document resolutions, best practices, and system configurations to enrich the knowledge base. • Provide assistance with deployments, upgrades, and migrations for AWS and Informatica IDMC solutions. • Ensure compliance with all organizational standards and industry practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • 7–10 years of professional experience in technical support, cloud technologies, or data integration roles. • Proficiency in AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC). • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud-based systems. • Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident. Preferred Qualifications • Certifications in AWS or Informatica IDMC. • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet and other project management systems. • Experience in managing IT service frameworks like ITIL. • Ability to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
