Functional and Technical Proficiency • Executes complex, reliable, structured and manageable software quality assurance processes including test requirements gathering, designing and planning, scripting and executions that provide results for meeting our customers’ operational service expectations and business objectives in testing in-house developed, digital and customized packaged business applications and technologies. • Performs complex system and problem analysis associated with applications development and software quality assurance test workloads encompassing both on-going sustainment and project work. • Keeps abreast of technological developments and products specifically related to software quality assurance best practices including processes, methods and tools. • Contributes to release testing activities including application functional and regression testing, as well as platform upgrades and Infrastructure capability enhancements. • Creates and maintains manual and automated regression test suite for assigned applications and supports regression test execution for planned releases. • Supports software quality assurance testing activities capital projects leveraging different software lifecycle development methodologies.

Quality Control and Test Management • Develops, maintains, and executes software quality assurance test requirements, plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts starting at the design phase though the test phase for assigned on-going sustainment and project work. • Ensures that software quality assurance test artifacts are applicable, repeatable, traceable, retrievable, and cataloged for reuse within assigned areas of responsibilities. Quality Management and Governance • Performs and supervises test planning, design, scripting and execution of the operational, environmental and compatibility aspects of software application and system testing. Utilizes and follows current test management standards and practices. • Develops and implements testing operational standards, software quality assurance practices and procedures for use by applicable test and development teams. Follows current test management standards and practices. • Participates in defining software quality assurance testing best practices, initiates and documents processes and procedure improvements. Ensures software quality assurance practices and procedures are followed, and service levels are maintained.
