Job Title: JDE Support Resource Contract Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire Job Location: Chicago About the Role: This role provides functional and technical support to research, recreate, and resolve issues raised by business users. The resource will support incident management and troubleshooting across multiple functional areas including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance, handling approximately 30 tickets weekly. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1-2 JD Edwards EnterpriseOne support; troubleshoot issues across applications, data, and integrations; work with JDE tables, business functions, and batch jobs; utilize JDE tools such as Orchestrator, UBE troubleshooting, and security; collaborate with users to recreate issues and document root causes; manage incidents within a ticketing system; triage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
