JOB DESCRIPTION:

"Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure all project milestones are met. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including underwriting, IT, compliance, and third-party vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the platform meets all functional and regulatory requirements. • Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Experience with Accident & Health insurance is highly desirable. • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
