We're looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more product lines. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable writing PRDs, talking to customers, and diving into data.
What You'll Do
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Work daily with engineering and design teams to drive execution and unblock delivery Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to inform prioritisation Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders and leadership Identify and resolve trade-offs between scope, timeline, and quality Gather and synthesise feedback from Sales, Support, and customers into actionable insights
Must Have
3–6 years of product management experience in a tech or SaaS company Strong ability to write detailed, well-structured PRDs and user stories Experience working in agile/scrum environments with cross-functional teams Data-driven mindset — comfortable with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and say no when needed
Good to Have
Experience with AI/ML, LLM-based, or conversational AI products Background in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying Prior experience in a growth-stage startup
