Job Title: Senior SAP EPPM (Construction Accounting) Specialist Location: Atlanta Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years) About the Role: Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP EPPM (Construction Accounting) Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) with a specific focus on construction accounting. Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Lead and manage SAP EPPM Application Support and rollouts, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation and configuration of SAP EPPM modules, specifically tailored to construction accounting needs. • Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP EPPM solutions. • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all construction accounting processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP EPPM with a focus on construction accounting. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the following SAP EPPM modules: ? Project System (PS) ? Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) ? Commercial Project Management (CPM) ? Financial Accounting (FI) ? Controlling (CO) ? Asset Accounting (AA) • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Proven leadership experience to lead a globally diverse team of professionals.
