?Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete, leveraging scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python • Hands-on experience with any cloud platforms like BitBar/pCloudy/Browserstack etc., ensuring effective and efficient mobile automation testing • Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes. • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation. • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes. Qualifications: • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Architect and driving improvements • Mandatory experience with SmartBear products such as TestComplete, ReadyAPI, and SoapUI • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium. • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Test Complete, Tosca, Robot Framework. • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes. gies and processes.
