Role and responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience in creating end to end proposals • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM • PowerPoint master slide and design experience is a must • Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus • Qvidian experience is a plus • Ability to present to and collaborate with C-Suite Executives • Experience in Analysing RFPs and business requirements to develop end to end proposal content. • Experience in creating , editing, and formatting the proposals and executive summary • Should be able to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales team and technical teams to include relevant information • Ensure proposals are compliant with required format. • Experience in participating in proposal Orals or in-person executive sales presentations a plus • Must be able to work in Hybrid model (3 days in client office), preferably in Los Angeles
