Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand and business goals. Manage the content calendar (monthly/quarterly) and oversee campaigns. Conduct content audits, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Content Creation & Editing Write/edit blogs, web pages, case studies, whitepapers, emails, and social content. Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO alignment. Manage freelancers, agencies, and external writers. SEO & Optimization Apply SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization. Collaborate with SEO teams to drive organic traffic and rankings. Refresh and optimize existing content for performance. Content Distribution & Channels Manage publishing workflows across blogs, email, and social media. Support marketing campaigns with relevant content assets. Monitor performance and generate insights from analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, design, sales, and brand teams for cohesive messaging. Support product launches, acquisition initiatives, and brand storytelling. Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all content. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in content management or digital editorial roles. Experience in B2B or B2C content for U.S. markets. Skills & Competencies Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics (GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Experience with CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot) and content workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with social media trends, email marketing, and digital distribution.
