Essential Functions • Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards. • Oversee daily operations, service delivery, complaint management, and performance metrics. • Manage staffing: hiring, onboarding, evaluations, corrective actions, and ongoing training. • Prepare and manage departmental budgets. • Coordinate internal/external audits. • Promote professional growth and maintain focus on the continuum of care. • Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional duties as assigned. • Handle sensitive, confidential information and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Supervisory Responsibilities • Lead and manage staff scheduling, assignments, performance reviews, training, corrective actions, hiring, and terminations.
Minimum Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted Experience • Four+ years of professional HR experience in a healthcare setting
Skills • Business math and financial accuracy • Proficiency in email, word processing, spreadsheets, and data systems • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to make independent decisions impacting departmental operations • Capacity to manage multiple projects and allocate resources effectively
