About the Role
We are seeking an experienced M365 Lead to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a contract position requiring 8-10 years of experience to serve as an L3 Admin resolving M365 issues across Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as L3 Administrator for Microsoft 365 platform
- Resolve complex M365 issues across Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and related services
- Perform PowerShell scripting for automation and issue resolution
- Handle MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) configurations and troubleshooting
- Manage access-related issue resolution
- Provide advanced desktop management and infrastructure services support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities
- Experience with MFA implementation and troubleshooting
- Advanced skills in access management and issue resolution
- Desktop Management and Infrastructure Services (IS) experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
