Job Title: OSMC / SME TPO Architect

We are seeking an experienced OSMC / SME TPO Architect with deep functional expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including relevant modules such as Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), and Install Base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional designs for subscription billing models including recurring and usage-based subscriptions.
- Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud by setting up product catalogs, pricing and rating models, billing schedules, proration rules, and discount logic.
- Manage the end-to-end subscription lifecycle encompassing subscription creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- Ensure smooth integration across Oracle modules such as Order Management, Receivables, Revenue Management, and external systems to deliver a unified subscription billing solution.
- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and conduct user training as needed.
- Lead efforts on conversion of legacy contracts to Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) advising clients on subscription best practices, SaaS billing models, and revenue recognition principles compliant with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 standards.
Required Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and related Oracle Financials modules.
- Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Proven ability to create detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and test cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to lead workshops and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of subscription management processes including product catalogs and services, pricing and rating, billing and invoicing, renewals and cancellations, and revenue recognition.
- Understanding of revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
