Provide L2 (Incident management and Problem Management) & L3 (Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements) support.
•Work with business and provide assistance with issues challenges with the system.
•Work with product managers on critical incidents.
•Update and review design and functional documentation monthly
•Support month end and other cyclical event based activities
•Support application testing for break fixes and minor enhancements
•Be involved with patch upgrade process and present new features and impact analysis on existing features
Must be proficient in
Oracle GL Cloud
AHCS (Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Cloud)
AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management Cloud
Additionally, Procurement Cloud knowledge would be a plus
