We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this full-time role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and merge developers' code in the git repository
- Publish Android and iOS apps to app stores and internal testing environments
- Implement solutions to address security vulnerabilities within the apps
- Troubleshoot and debug production and QA environment issues using tools such as SQL databases, DynaTrace, and LogTrace
- Collaborate with IBM Persistent Systems to manage and deploy adapters responsible for hosting APIs and downstream calls
- Actively code in Ionic/Angular and Cordova projects
- Manage native and hybrid plugins to ensure smooth app performance
Required Skills and Technologies:
- Strong experience with Typescript, JavaScript, Cordova, Ionic, and Angular
- Familiarity with REST API, SOAP XML, and Ping ID authentication mechanisms
- Experience using BitBucket, Jira, Git, SQL, DynaTrace, and LogTrace
- Knowledge of IBM Mobile First adapters (Persistent Systems)
- Proficiency with Android Studio, Xcode, and Visual Studio Code
Additional skills that are a plus:
- Experience with Capacitor
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SCSS, and HTML
