Job Title: GEN AI Architect Location: Hybrid (2 days in week , Preferred Location : GSK Office in Durham, NC) if not then (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
Summary We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Agentic AI Architect to design, build PoCs, framework for Agentic and Multi-Agent AI systems. Unlike traditional AI roles focused on modeling, you will orchestrate LLMs, tools, memory, and multi-agent workflows (e.g., LangGraph, C3, n8n) to automate complex, end-to-end business processes. You will act as the principal builder—creating prototypes, defining architecture patterns, and writing code to ensure our AI agents are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Primary Responsibilities This role will work closely with US Pharma – Tech team on future ready designs in the Field Insights to improve field force effectiveness & Patient Services in Market Access team for US Commercial pharma.
• Agentic System Architecture: Design and implement stateful multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI, defining roles, planning loops, and Agent Orchestration framework (e.g., C3, n8n). • Hands-on Prototyping: Build functional proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate agent reasoning, tool use (function calling), and RAG performance before moving to production. • Tool/API Integration: Connect agents to enterprise systems (VeevaCRM, Salesforce and Data Lake echo systems,.) through secure API connectors /A2A to allow agents to "take action," not just generate text. • Orchestration and Observability: Familiar and ready to experiments robust orchestration framework such as MSFT Agent 365 to ensure high-stakes decisions are safe. Implement tracing and monitoring (e.g., LangSmith, LangFuse) to debug agent behavior, audit decision paths, and optimize costs. • Governance & Security: Design secure agent interactions (MCP - Model Context Protocol), implement PII/PHI masking, and define guardrails to prevent agent `
Preferred Skills Commercial Field Operations: Understanding of pharmaceutical field force business processes, including territory management, incentive compensation, and sales force effectiveness. Familiar in Vault CRM and Salesforce Cloud platforms for managing HCP engagements and "Next Best Action". Patient Services & Support: Knowledge about Patient Services programs (Hub services), including benefits investigation, prior authorization support, and co-pay assistance is a plus
