BAU support lead must work with various business users of the middle and back office client teams.
Must be proactive in addressing production issues and have the ability to coordinate and resolve multiple issues in Eagle.
Root cause analysis and tracking the open items to closure are critical.
Must have a good understanding of the Eagle suite of products to enable interaction with multiple business teams.
Work closely with development team to prioritize production fixes

Domain understanding of Capital Markets
