About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QE Engineer with 10+ years of software testing experience and 3+ years as an E2E Test Manager for large cross-platform projects. This role requires credit card domain background and expertise in managing quality assurance processes from project initiation to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test approaches, test plans with milestones
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and provide comprehensive reporting
- Prepare test strategies including test data and test environment setup
- Monitor and analyze testing quality metrics such as defect counts, test results
- Manage definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into software development
- Determine need, selection and implementation of automation tools
- Set up test data for test environments across customer journey
- Perform automation testing and debugging using various tools
- Utilize GenAI tools for process automation and efficiency improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in software Testing
- 3+ years experience as E2E Test Manager for large cross platform projects
- Credit Card domain background (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA processes
- 7+ years hands-on expertise in test approach and plan development
- 5+ years experience in testing quality metrics monitoring and analysis
- Experience with test automation tools: Cucumber, Selenium, UFT, Tosca
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools: POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured
- Proficiency in agile testing reporting tools: Rally, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence
